What do you think could be done to help improve the PBIS program? How can you help in the improvement process?	More consistent follow through of school wide behavior and expectations. Adults need to be consistent.
What is your philosophy on school-wide and classroom management?	Incentives are useful when the student can be motivated, however getting a reward for doing a good deed should be intrinsic not expected.
