I feel that the way we have traditionally taught at UPS works best, high expectations and through example with consistent consequences, just like life.
What do you think could be done to help improve the PBIS program? How can you help in the improvement process?	The PBIS does not work at the upper grade level.
What is your philosophy on school-wide and classroom management?	Consistent high expectations with consistent logical consequences and also positive reinforcement in a logical way.
