What do you think could be done to help improve the PBIS program? How can you help in the improvement process?	I feel we need to lower the the amount of detentions a student can have to attend the incentive parties. I believe this is a huge factor for the students. If we do away with allowing them to have to miss out on the party, I feel then we might as well do away with the parties.
What is your philosophy on school-wide and classroom management?	I have been teaching this PBIS system all along in this manner. Now, it is just suppose to be enforced school wide, which I believe can be a good thing.
