Meet Mrs. Burnside

Welcome to Mrs. Burnside's Multiage class. I absolutely love teaching children. I have been working with and teaching children for 15 years. I have experiences working with children from Kindergarten through eighth grade. My experiences vary from teacher to aide, from classroom to library to technology, and from general education classroom to special education classroom to RTI intervention. All of these opportunities have allowed me to gain very valuable knowledge about a wide range of learners. Currently, I have found an amazing fit as a multiage teacher. Unity Point School holds a special place in my heart. I grew up attending this school as a child. I have many positive memories related to this school, this community, and all the amazing teachers who have influenced my life. I only hope I can have a similar impact on my current students.
