First, Samuel didn't get along with Richard, James, Henry, and Abram because, ever since his mom died, he didn't need any one to help him. Later in the journey, they started interacting with each other. Once, they swam together. Samuel started thinking about getting friends. Samuel and the boys are kind of like brothers. Once they get along, and once they fight.

Samuel is mad at Richard, and thinks Richard is mad at him, because he punched out Richard's tooth. But Richard is not mad at Samuel as he sees and is trying to make Richard mad at him so he can find out something to do to Richard, and he tries to drown Richard by splashing him wit water. How Samuel interacts with Richard is talking to him mean to make Richard mad at him,but he doesn't get mad,and Samuel does the same thing to henry, and he hasn't been nice to James the whole trip.

Samuel tried to stay away from the other kids as much as possible he did not want a friend. Richard and James were friends but Samuel was off by himself. He fought with the other boys and argued with them!! Henry and Abram were older so were never really with the younger ones but Samuel hated them cause they thought they were so much better and always scarfed up all the food if the younger boys did not get there first!!! So Samuel did not like the other kids he wanted to hurt all of them!!!

Samuel has a rough time with all the boys because he has trust issues. His relationship with Richard is rough because he punched his tooth out. With James he just doesn't like him that much. With Henry and Abram he thinks they are big jerks because they bully him all the time.

Samuel didn't make friends for example James,Richard,Henry, and Abram since his mothers death . Henry and Abram are Master Wingfeilds servants they are tough and strong men . Samuel,James, and Richard talk together, help each other, play and have fun with each other.  When they landed they swam with each other buttSamuel was waiting for them to say that he was wright .

The boys see each other everyday. They interact by either eating sleeping or swimming like in the lake or in the food area when they were eating. Also when Samuel woke up Richard.

Samuel is mean to the other boys at the beginning of the book. He says he doesn't need anyone, since his mom died. Later on they become better friends

In the story Samuel does not get along welll with the other boys. He likes to fight so he does not get along well. The older boys are mean and are bigger so they still do not get along.

Samuel,Richard, and James act like they don't like each other but when they start playing thy get along, but Henry and Abram treat Samuel,Richard, and James like there slaves like the time when Henry and Abram went with the older men and then Samuel wanted to come with them and one of the boys grabbed the machete away from Samuel.

Samuel's relationship with the other boys is they try to avoid each other. When they do interact with each other they really get on each other's nerves. After Samuel punched Richard and made his tooth fall out they haven't said much to each other. Samuel only talks to James when he has to. Like when they were sleeping Samuel woke up and said "give me some room you little worm!" He thinks James is a coward and is afraid of everything. The older boys (Henry and Abram) always eat all the food and think he is nothing but a skinney little boy and has no use.

Samuel was used to being alone after his mother died.
At first, he didn't want to be friends with the other boys.
They like make fun of him.
In the story, they still live play, and fight with each other.

Samuel interacts with the other boys by just living with them. At first when they where describing what Natives looked like he did not believe them but then when did see them did know what to say he thought they brag at him that they were right instead they were having fun in the water. So he figured out that maybe he could sometimes trust them but not always. I know that all the boys are all just about the same age but since Henry and Abram are older they get to do the hunting while Samuel,Richard, and James have to clean out the pots.

Samuel doesn't have a friend on the ship and he fights with the other boy on the ship but one time, he got along with them playing in the water. Then he wanted to help make the path but they said he was to scrawny and told him to go clean the pots, making him angry again with the other men on the ship.
